Abstract

The scientific article conducts a comprehensive study of corporate culture as a strategic management tool that determines the effectiveness of personnel interaction and the viability of an organization in the face of modern challenges. The relevance of the work is due to the need to bridge the gap between declarative values and the actual behavior of employees, which directly affects the productivity and stability of business processes. The authors systematized theoretical approaches to defining the essence of corporate culture, highlighting its key levels — from external attributes to core beliefs. The study provides a detailed analysis of the basic components of culture, including mission, vision, values, ethical norms, and traditions, and reveals their functions: adaptive, integrating, and regulatory. Particular attention is paid to the stages of formation and implementation of corporate standards, where leadership and effective internal communications play a key role. It is substantiated that successful cultural transformation is possible only under the condition of management involvement and the creation of transparent feedback channels. Within the framework of the author's approach, a practical toolkit is proposed for assessing the alignment of personnel values with organizational goals, allowing for timely adjustment of managerial influences. The conclusions emphasize that a strong corporate culture acts as a stabilizer of organizational processes, contributes to talent attraction, and ensures the long-term competitiveness of the enterprise in the market
