Abstract

The features of construction, as an economic process in terms of economic and mathematical modeling, are considered. The problem of choosing a set of investment and construction projects with limited initial value of monetary fund, and the concept of system dynamics method and its principles, are studied. The concept of a system dynamics model with are basic assumptions and causal relationship management model of investment and construction projects is determined. The complex of economic-mathematical models of managment, realization and estimation of investment-building projects has been developed. It allows to  form every business-process of an investment-build project for a dynamic estimation, realization of choice of the most effective project, creation planning of project management and determination of expenses on labour payment taking into account timely implementation of the set volume of works.
