Abstract

Current work highlights the conceptual foundations of the economic program concerning recovery of Ukraine from recession. Foreign experience of the leading world countries regarding recovering from crisis and particularly experience of the USA recovering from the Great Depression are presented. Necessity of increasing the quantity of the manufacturing small and medium-sized businesses is proved. Substantive activities of the manufacturing businesses are presented. Ways of conquering the internal and foreign markets are proposed. Role of the state in supporting small and medium-sized businesses is highlighted. Main ways of increasing salaries, pensions and welfare payments are found. Main problems as to lowering the goods and services prices are found. Role of science and scientists in raising the country’s manufacturing capability is displayed. Optimization of the tax policy, which is the key factor of the country’s manufacturing capability, is proposed. Necessity of the optimization of the tax policy as the key factor of the country’s manufacturing capability is determined. Directions of recovering Ukraine from recession are proposed.
