Abstract

The analysis of the problems of landscape management on the basis of the evaluation shortcomings of existing approaches, the economic legacy of the former Soviet Union and its environmental impact in Ukraine. There are given the complex structure characteristic landscape of the country. The result is a conceptual proposal for the formation of the landscape policy in Ukraine as a real mechanism for the transition to sustainable development.
