Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Policy
Ars Linguodidacticae acknowledges the potential benefits of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in scholarly work while emphasizing their responsible, ethical, and transparent use in accordance with principles of academic integrity.
For Authors
- Authors remain fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts, including material generated or edited using AI tools.
- The use of AI must be disclosed in the manuscript (in the Acknowledgements or a dedicated section), specifying the tool and its purpose.
- AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
- Authors must verify the accuracy and integrity of AI-generated content and ensure it is free from bias or error.
For Reviewers
- Reviewers must not upload confidential manuscript materials to external AI tools.
- The use of AI must not compromise the objectivity of the review process.
- Reviewers are fully responsible for the content of their evaluations.
For the Editorial Board
The editorial team may use AI tools to support technical checks and editorial processes. Final decisions regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection are made solely by the editorial board based on scholarly merit and journal standards.
If improper or unethical use of AI tools is identified, the journal may take appropriate action in accordance with its policies.
