All articles are first checked by editors for quality assurance, and non-compliant articles are returned as "not accepted". After that, 2 reviewers are assigned to each accepted work, who evaluate the work on the basis of generally accepted criteria of quality of scientific products: novelty, practical significance, compliance with the direction of the journal. The review request is made within 21 days of the editor's request, and the author is issued a decision shortly thereafter.
