THE WAYS OF FORMATION OF FUTURE PRIMARY TEACHERS' READINESS FOR THE USE OF PERSONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

In the article, the ways of formation of readiness of future teachers of primary school to use the personal educational environment are considered. The theoretical aspects of the pedagogical problem of the "formation of readiness" of future teachers for professional work are considered.
The ways of formation of readiness of the future teachers of primary classes for the use of personal learning environment are offered, among them are: the need to change the means, forms and methods of teaching and educating students in higher education; organization of the educational process to train future primary school teachers using the standard PLE of a higher education institution; the dynamic nature of the PLE of the university, which is constantly being improved and changing; support from the administration of the basic schools for the deployment and use of the school's personal learning environment.
