THE LATEST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SOCIAL AND CULTURAL PROCESSES OF MODERN UKRAINE

The purpose of the article. Considering the prospects of the development of information processes in Ukraine, it will be right to state the necessity of their continuity with the operation of preservation and development of social memory, culture. Without it, without elements of remembering and storing in consciousness, no socially significant actions are possible. The set of socio-cultural means and institutions that perform selection and transformation of actual social information into information about the past (retrospective) in order to preserve the accumulated social experience and transfer it from generation to generation, the use of the properties of reproduction of past experience, the long-term storage of information about events of the external world and responses for them - all this is necessary in any socially relevant activity. Accordingly, the consideration of the latest information technologies in the social and cultural processes of modern Ukraine is essential today. Methodology. The article uses a set of methodological principles and a system of scientific knowledge methods: general scientific, interdisciplinary and disciplinary to ensure reliable results of the research. These methods reflect the process of synthesis of knowledge used by this research and are subject to its purpose, become a tool for analyzing the impact of the latest information technologies on the social and cultural processes of modern Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the use of general scientific approaches, methods, and principles that provide knowledge gains. The scientific novelty of the work is to expand the perceptions about the level of influence of the latest information technologies on the social and cultural processes in our state. Conclusions. The impact of modern national ideology in social information communications will contribute to the strengthening of national patriotism, a cultural component in all spheres of public life. The upbringing of patriotism in the consciousness of the new generations of the Ukrainian people will ensure the future of Ukraine in the evolution of the information society.
