Cognitive concepts of the web portal «Ukrainian documentation» creation

The purpose of the article. It determined the conceptual principles of creating a web portal «Ukrainian Documentation». It is outlined methodological and organizational approaches to the formation of its content based on the objectives of the development of document science, education, and practice. The
research methodology consists of the use of general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, and system method, which allowed tracing the external and internal connections of documentary content with the existing system of documentary communication. Scientific novelty. It is determined the cognitive approaches to the creation and justification of the structure, to tasks of the project implementation as to the documentary content of the web portal «Ukrainian Documentation». It is offered the structure of the consolidated resource. Methodological and organizational approaches to the formation of its content based on the objectives of the development of documentary science, education, and practice are proposed. Conclusions. There are offered the cognitive concepts, architectonics, and requirements for the project of creating a web portal of documentary interaction. It is expected to meet the requirements of the modern development of science and practice will be considered as a way of professional communication between representatives of
science, education, and experts. The purpose of the creation of the documentary consolidated resource is to release the user from the search through different sources and give the opportunity to receive the information, needed for scientific, educational, and applied tasks resolution. The integration of different document information resources into a single information system will help to consolidate scattered resources, make them available to users, and ensure effective communication between document communities. The involvement of wide communities in the formation of scientific and applied content will allow the consolidation of the developed knowledge and determination of the prospects for documentary space formation in the country.
