ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT OF FOREST AND LAND RESOURCES IN CONDITIONS OF UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

The article deals with theoretical aspects of land and forest resources on the example of Transcarpathian region. The main features of land and forest management are identified. Priority directions of development of land and forest resources of territorial communities under conditions of decentralization of power are revealed. Management of land and forest resources in this context is today an important theoretical and methodological problem at different levels of government. The main reasons for the inability to dispose of the forest fund of territorial communities that were created are considered. It is determined that in order to ensure the proper use and protection of LAG lands, their self-governing bodies should be empowered with the necessary powers that are necessary for them to effectively manage land and forest resources.
