Changing the properties of disperse soils in the zone of influence of «EURAS – PETROVSKY DNIPROPETROVSK METAL FACTORY»
Keywords:
time series, statistical analysis, properties of soilAbstract
The purpose of the study is the analysis of changes in soil by technical influences. Changes in properties and the state of fine-grained soil in the zone of influence of the oldest companies in the steel industry of the industrial region near Dnieper have been studied. The peculiarities of changes in the properties of disperse rock (soil) on the analysis of long-term research materials (institute "Ukrgipromez) have been analyzed. The research methods are statistical analysis of the data, including the descriptive statistical analysis, rank correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. According to the results of the statistical analysis a trend in increasing uniformity of deposition has been established. Increasing sand content is due to the collapse of large particles and removal of fines. Such changes may be the result of dispersion in the process-related destruction of micro aggregates causing plasticity changes (moisture on the plastic limit), and the angle of repose of the sand deposits (1993-2003).
