Рівень фізичного здоров’я здобувачів освіти закладів фахової передвищої освіти

Abstract

Анотація. Мета: визначити рівень фізичного здоров’я здобувачів освіти закладів фахової передвищої освіти. Матеріал і методи: обстежено 48 студентів Харківського будівельного коледжу архітектури та дизайну. Методи: аналіз та узагальнення наукової і методичної літератури, метод експрес-оцінки фізичного здоров’я, математична статистика. Результати: визначено рівень антропометричного розвитку, функціональний стан серцево-судинної та дихальної систем, проведено порівняльний аналіз у віковому і статевому аспектах. Висновки: встановлено середній рівень фізичного здоров’я у хлопців та нижчий за середній у дівчат.

Ключові слова: фізичний розвиток, фізичне здоров’я, студенти 16-17 років.
