Рівень спеціальної фізичної та функціональної підготовленості юних боксерів

Abstract

Анотація. У статті представлені показники спеціальної фізичної та функціональної підготовленості юних боксерів. Було виявлено, що після застосування авторської методики, в значній мірі зросли показники спеціальної фізичної підготовленості, а саме: абсолютної і вибухової сили, силової витривалості, а також показники функціональної підготовленості (ЧСС й швидкість відновлення). Це підтверджує ефективність побудови тренувального процесу.
