Центр воєнної стратегії та технологій

The Ukrainian Non-Governmental Organization “Center for Military Strategy and Technologies” has been established in June 2024.

The main goal of the activity is to study war, study the future wars` problems and vision, the security environment in Ukraine and beyond forecast, the problems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their effectiveness during war building study.

The main areas of activity of the “Center for Military Strategy and Technologies” are:

  • collection, research, analysis and generalization of information on modern wars;
  • forecasting the development of events and the development of modern wars;
  • development of mechanisms to ensure a secure environment both in Ukraine and in the world;
  • research into the construction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their effectiveness during war;
  • research into military strategies for waging war in Ukraine and beyond, analysis of their practical application;
  • organization and holding at the request of domestic and foreign representatives, in Ukraine and abroad, round tables, scientific and practical seminars, conferences, exhibitions, lectures, consultations, tournaments, competitions and other events;
  • publication of the results of research, analysis and generalization, holding and participating in public speeches in the media and other information platforms;
  • publication of books, catalogs, scientific journals and periodicals in printed and electronic form;
  • publication of the scientific and practical journal “Military strategy and technology”, which reflects the latest knowledge and results of fundamental, exploratory and applied scientific research on the issues of development, application and ensuring national security, the history of wars and information systems and technologies;
  • participation in scientific, research, and educational activities in the field of military strategy;
  • providing advice in the field of military strategy;
  • involvement of broad segments of the public, enterprises, institutions, organizations, state authorities and local governments in information technologies and resolving military strategy issues;
  • interaction, exchange of experience and knowledge with government agencies, public organizations, and educational institutions.

The organization's activities are carried out in accordance with the charter, which defines its main goals, objectives, rights and obligations of members, and is also aimed at supporting the strategic development of Ukraine's defense sector through analytics, technological innovations, scientific research, and promoting reforms in the security and defense sectors.

The public organization “Center for Military Strategy and Technologies” is open to cooperation, exchange of experience and joint actions to strengthen the country's defense capability and security, as well as improve the well-being of the Ukrainian people. Only by joining forces can we effectively confront the challenges of the time and build a secure and prosperous future.

Українська громадська організація «Центр воєнної стратегії та технологій» створена у червні 2024 року.

Основною метою діяльності є дослідження війни, вивчення проблем і бачення війн майбутнього, прогноз безпекового середовища в Україні та за її межами, вивчення проблем побудови Збройних Сил України та їх ефективності під час війни.

Основними напрямами діяльності «Центру воєнної стратегії та технологій» є:

  • збір, дослідження, аналіз та узагальнення інформації щодо війн сучасності;
  • прогнозування розвитку подій та розвитку війн сучасності;
  • розробка механізмів забезпечення безпекового середовища як в Україні, так і у світі;
  • дослідження побудови Збройних Сил України та їх ефективності під час війни;
  • дослідження військових стратегій ведення війни в Україні та за її межами, аналіз їх практичного застосування;
  • організація та проведення в Україні та за кордоном на замовлення вітчизняних та іноземних представників круглих столів, науково-практичних семінарів, конференцій, виставок, лекторіїв, консультацій, турнірів, конкурсів та інших заходів;
  • публікація результатів проведених досліджень, аналізу та узагальнення, проведення та участь в публічних виступах у медіа та інших інформаційних майданчиках;
  • видання книг, каталогів, наукових журналів і періодичних видань у друкованому та електронному вигляді;
  • видання науково-практичного журналу “Military strategy and technology”, що відображає новітні знання та результати фундаментальних, пошукових та прикладних наукових досліджень з проблематики розвитку, застосування та забезпечення національної безпеки, історії війн та інформаційних систем і технологій;
  • участь у здійсненні наукової, дослідницької, освітньої діяльності у сфері воєнної стратегії;
  • надання консультацій у сфері воєнної стратегії;
  • залучення широких верств громадськості, підприємств, установ, організацій, органів державної влади та органів місцевого самоврядування до інформаційних технологій та вирішення питань воєнної стратегії;
  • взаємодія, обмін досвідом та знаннями з державними установами, громадськими організаціями, навчальними закладами.

Діяльність організації відбувається відповідно до статуту, який визначає її основні цілі, завдання, права та обов’язки членів, а також спрямована на підтримку стратегічного розвитку оборонної сфери України через аналітику, технологічні інновації, наукові дослідження та сприяння реформам у секторах безпеки та оборони.

Громадська організації «Центр воєнної стратегії та технологій» відкрита до співпраці, обміну досвідом та спільних дій для зміцнення обороноздатності та безпеки країни, а також покращення добробуту українського народу. Лише об’єднавши зусилля можна ефективно протистояти викликам часу і будувати безпечне та процвітаюче майбутнє.
