Оценка взаимодействия понятия «знание» и современных мировых проблем питания человека

В исследовании проанализировано понятие «знания» как фактора устойчивого экономического развития мира. Рассмотрено проблему организации подходов к современному питанию человека, показано использование новых технологий и оборудования при приготовлении пищи. Изучено работу Всемирной ассоциации сообщества шеф-поваров (WACS), связанную с функционированием современного общества и употреблением продуктов, имеющих высокую потребительскую ценность современного питания человека
