В статье рассматривается понятие прослеживаемости в процессе изготовления и поставки пищевых продуктов, отдельно рассмотрена прослеживаемость в цепи поставки вина.
На данный момент существует множество вариантов систем прослеживаемости, технологий и стандартов. Различают внутреннюю прослеживаемость и прослеживаемость в цепях поставок. Однако и для украинских предприятий системы прослеживаемости не являются новинкой
