About changing the issue frequency model

Since 2027, the journal has abandoned the practice of simultaneously releasing several autonomous specialized volumes (Issue No. 1 and Issue No. 2) in the winter period and is switching to a new schedule for publishing scientific papers:
No. 1 - February;
No. 2 - March;
No. 3 - May;
No. 4 - October.
The overall frequency of publication remains unchanged - 4 times a year. Each individual issue will be published strictly in a specific month and will have a unique calendar date of publication on the website, which will completely eliminate any internal inconsistencies in metadata.
The procedures for double-blind peer review, checking for academic plagiarism, and distribution of articles by specialties (A4.11 and A7) within our profile cluster remain consistently strict and adapted to international standards.
