Анотація

The reasons of complication of the development of the sacral building of the Roman Catholic church in the Polish People’s Republic has been demonstrated. The political doctrine had a decisive voice in shaping the law, and as a result, it completely served the ruling party. And it, in its turn, was embraced by hatred in relation to the Roman Catholic Church, as well as religious organizations at all. Using the phrase “ideologized science,” the author points its absolute dependence from ideology - in this case, socialist and communist. The law was the main administrative building barrier to the development of the territorial organization of the Roman Catholic Church.
