Diaspora pamięci i emocji. Pamięć przesiedleń z dawnych Kresów II Rzeczpospolitej we współczesnej Polsce

Abstrakt

The problem of social memory of the former territories of the Second Polish Republic has been elucidated. This memory exists in the environment of people who were evacuated from these territories after the Second World War and among mainly young people, who are called “cresy lovers” and are deeply interested in history. The environment of people who were resettled from the mentioned above territories, has got the features of peculiar diaspora. This is so-called the “diaspora of memory”, which survives thanks to the dissemination of emotional memory, closely connected with the abandoned small homeland. The mechanisms of the memory transferring and the formation of the diaspora on its basis, is presented.
