The grain export trends and the organization of logistics systems and flows are examined in the article. It ensuring the functioning and transportation of the food markets and. There are all the necessary components for the successful development of the agricultural sector and the extension of its potential in Ukraine. Nevertheless, the lack of financing is a serious constraint on the transition of the Ukrainian agrarian sector to a new level of development, due to the unstable and contradictory political activities of the state. The weakest element in the logistics of grain exports of Ukraine is the inefficient use of grain storage and transshipment infrastructure. The main problems of infrastructure development for grain exports of Ukraine are the extremely high degree of depreciation of seaports and railway infrastructure, the lack of full functioning of the transport sector, the lack of effective reform of Ukrzaliznytsia, road facilities and river economy. The ways of development of the logistics infrastructure of the Ukrainian export are defined in the article: attraction of investments in railroad freight transportation, creation of modern grain-packing complexes and development of alternative automobile and river transport. The article deals with proposals of improving the logistics structure of Ukrainian exports through the introduction of an innovative project to create a portside agro cluster, which will increase the intensity of cargo operations. In addition, it will increase uninterrupted exploitation of berths, reduction of the amount of time required for processing rail cars/vehicles, reducing cargo losses, ensuring high productivity. This innovative project also leads to enlargement of handling capacities and volume of goods turnover at all warehouses and improving customer service by increasing the speed of handling ships. Consequently, it will increase the cargo turnover of the port and the financial performance of the port through the attraction of new cargo flows. In particular, the project will make a profit of the balance of the port and will improve the quality of transshipment of grain products in Ukraine.
