Abstract

The article is devoted the analysis of outsourcing as one of the effective forms of doing business. The article considers theoretical aspects of modern methodology of management and business organization. Highlighted the key aspects of this area, considered the existing classification of types, such as production outsourcing, business process, IT outsourcing, outsourcing in the services sector. The advantages and disadvantages of its use. Presented comparative characteristics of the company's spending on payroll resources of the company and through outsourcing. Analyzed the types of outsourcing used in Ukraine, their development and achievements in specific areas. Identified the need to improve Ukrainian legislation in the field of outsourcing.
