The enterprises ability to systematically anticipate changes in the environment and respond to them is important in competition. An important theoretical and practical task is to study quantitative methods for measuring dynamic capabilities (DC), which devoted a significant amount of scientific publications in the world. Recent studies indicate the practical absence of standardized or conventional teaching materials to keep track of DC state development, while highlights certain features in the formation of small enterprise DC.
In this paper we propose a method for assessing the level of small production enterprise DC based its structural features and formulate directions for further research in this area. There are proposed a three-tier DC evaluation system of small production enterprise, consisting of partial, consolidated and synthesis rate. Partial indicators by measuring different local innovation processes, assess the size and extent of individual aspects of the structural components of the enterprise DC. Consolidated indicators are selection criteria of current and future directions for improving the structural components of the enterprise DC. Provides a summary measure of the resulting assessment of enterprise DC and demonstrates its degree of adaptability to market conditions.
Further study proposed to develop innovative results of the company; the formation of its human capital; finance, reflecting the state of innovation processes of the enterprise; modernization and new acquisitions.
