Abstract

The importance of formation of system of the management of intellectual capital was considered in this article; also, literary sources on the essence of intellectual capital were researched. Mechanism and management features, in particular aspects and system elements, were considered too. Components of the control system were defined and justified. The influence of intellectual capital on the effectiveness of strategic enterprise and its dependence on external and internal environment was analyzed; also the value of management strategy for the enterprise was considered. The fact was determined that goals are the foundation of management, here are their requirements and their types that were considered in this article. System tasks that are the basis of its formation were also reviewed. Principles of management which are fundamental rules of formation of management of intellectual capital were indicated. Functional actions that are: diagnostic, planning, investing, motivation, using and expanded reproduction and monitoring were also considered and analyzed. Special attention in that article has been paid to action sequences in constructing systems of management of intellectual capital that is universal for most of enterprises.
