Abstract

In the article, the author indicates the macroeconomic processes taking place in the world, which had influence on the economy of Azerbaijan as well. Thus, the fiscal policy for 2017 was prepared in accordance with the main trends and challenges observed in the global economy, and by taking into account the strategic priorities of the development of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In this way, in order to increase the budget deficitshould be attributedboth internal and external factors. In order to eliminate such undesirable situations or at all to prevent the possibility of their existence, it is necessary to preserve economic stability in the country, successfully solve the tasks facing the state. Moreover, in order to maintain a balance (balance) between revenues and expenditures of the state budget achieve a solution and other such important economicissues. Another way to reduce this dependence needdevelopment, adoption, and implementation of the Strategic Roadmap, which also stimulates the development of the non-oil sector of our country.
