Abstract

In the article it is  substantiated that the competitiveness of the enterprise in many respects depends on the corporate culture and loyalty of the employees formed at the enterprise. With the development of a market economy and global competitive processes, competitiveness becomes one of the central problems not only in economic but also in social life. In its turn, the so-called soft factors of competitiveness begin to play an increasingly important role in competition, in the conditions of the development of information processes, such as the institutional factors related to the relations between people. These factors are concentrated in the concept of corporate culture, which is an important institution of modern socio-economic relations, an element of the social capital of economic systems. With the growth of the role of human capital in the competitive struggle of enterprises, loyalty is gaining an increasing importance. The  employees are valuable assets of enterprises. So, in order to develop a successful business strategy today, enterprises will have to learn not only to attract people and increase their human capital, but also to meet the loyalty of the employees. Management based on human capital loyalty is a method of stimulating the output volume, sales and profit. It is especially relevant in the context of today's intense competition. Loyalty of employees in relation to the organization is directly related to the corporate culture of the enterprise. The loyal attitude to the organization implies the loyalty of the employee to the goals, interests, values, mission of the organization, the direction of activity and the preservation of the property of the organization. Loyalty of human capital, as a concept, is an integral part of the complex corporate culture of enterprises. However, only in recent years, Ukrainian specialists began to study the essence of this concept and its place in the corporate culture. Today, enterprises place a great importance on this issue, trying to select employees taking into account this characteristic.
