Abstract

The types of purchases at metallurgical enterprises that are part of the holdings structure are investigated. The advantages of the organization of centralized supply in the holdings enterprises are revealed. The results and possibilities of implementing the CAP system are analyzed. The main principles of procurement activity of the holding companies are considered. The stages of purchasing process management are presented. The reasons for the occurrence of stocks of long-term turnover at the holding companies are revealed. The stages of constant monitoring of the detection of stocks of long-term turnover at holding enterprises are analyzed. The analysis of stocks of long turnover for the current period is performed. The process of forming stocks of long-term turnover as commodity-material assets at the holding's enterprises is considered. Stages of realization of stocks of unclaimed property at the holding enterprises are presented. The system of organization of activity of the department of inventory management is considered on the example of the holding companies.
