Abstract

The development of technologies greatly simplifies and improves the implementation of laborious routine operations. To keep pace with progress for managers means giving their internal workers more comfortable working conditions. Personnel selection and evaluation are the main functions of labor potential management. The rational use of labor potential is of immense importance for the enterprise. It is important not only to properly manage the current labor resources, but also seriously perform the qualitative selection of labor potential. The selection of labor resources, like any management process, is subject to certain rules. It needs to be adapted to the production and organizational conditions of the enterprise, the specifics of the activity, strategic goals and possible prospects. The article proposes the introduction of an up-to-date method for the recruitment of labor potential through the creation of an on-line resource, which will serve as a database for potential employees of the enterprise, saving time and money for the enterprise. And also the opportunity to retrain to another specialty of work, in which, at a given time, the enterprise needs. And it's possible to solve the problem with the shortage of young workers at industrial enterprises, through the advertising of this resource in social networks, where there are often representatives of the generations Y and Z. Representatives of these generations do not imagine the world without internet, and this tendency shows that the new generation begins turning around, dictating to us our rules, which business can not ignore.
