Abstract

The article deals with the theory of the development of economic systems based on convergence. It is determined that this definition is mainly used for macro and mesoeconomic systems. The most widespread theory of convergence has been obtained in the regional economy. It was found that the convergence theory was not used in the analysis of management processes of organizations. The analysis of modern theory of management of organizations is carried out. It is proved that within the framework of modern management theory organizations developed more than twenty approaches to management. All of them have their own models of mechanisms and tools that directly affect the managed object of management. The analysis of the peculiarities of formation, transformation and development of such specific management objects as large integrated industrial enterprises is carried out. According to his findings, it is concluded that within the limits of existing approaches to management it is not allowed to fully take into account all the peculiarities of the management process of large integrated corporate structures in industry. It is determined that the main ones are the construction of a management process based on the use of integrated integrated information systems at all levels of management, and the use of tools of different approaches to management, depending on the type and level of management. It is determined that the process of management of integrated industrial enterprises is thus characterized by the active convergence of gaining of information technologies and different approaches to management. Integrated industrial enterprises can be managed using a new, converged approach to management.
