Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a mandatory double-blind peer review process. At the initial stage, the editorial office evaluates submissions for compliance with the journal’s scope, formatting requirements, and principles of academic integrity, including plagiarism screening using specialized software.

Further review is carried out by independent experts in the relevant scientific field. The final decision on publication is made by the editorial board based on reviewers’ reports. If necessary, manuscripts may be returned to authors for revision or resubmitted for additional review.

A detailed description of the peer review procedure is provided in the section “Peer Review Procedure.”

The journal operates under an open access model. All published materials are freely available without any subscription or access fees.
