About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The collection contains articles that summarize the results of scientific research of scientists and graduate students of higher educational institutions of Ukraine, academic and branch scientific organizations, leading enterprises of the leading industries of the country, employees of international, state and regional organizations, authorities engaged in the development of theoretical and practical aspects economy and intellectual property. The collection is intended for scientists, specialists, studying and researching economic processes, teachers, graduate students, students.

Peer Review Process

Reviewing articles submitted to the publication is carried out in two stages:

 

- The first, external review (the author of the article sends to the editor a review of the doctor of sciences, regardless of academic rank);

 

- The second, internal review, carried out by members of the editorial board of the collection.

Articles sent to the editorial office are checked for plagiarism using the Unicheck service (https://unicheck.com/)

Disputes and problems in the field of copyright that arise in connection with the materials that are published on the pages of the collection of scientific papers are resolved through direct negotiations between authors, or third parties and authors.

The editorial board of the collection does not interfere in the conflict of interests and is not responsible for the actions of the authors.

If the dispute or problematic issues in the field of copyright can not be settled peacefully, the authors decide them in accordance with the law in the courts.

Open Access Policy

This magazine practices the policy of immediate open access to the published contents, supporting the principles of free distribution, scientific information and global knowledge sharing for general public progress.

All articles are published with open access and distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), which allows unlimited reuse, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided appropriate citation of the original work is given.

Journal History

Issued since 1995. Re-registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 21, 2011, Certificate of Qualification No. 17949 - 6799 RG. The journal is included in the list of scientific publications approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine, in which the main results of the dissertation papers may be published. Issued twice a year.
