The article examines the current state and specific features of personnel management in electrical engineering enterprises amidst economic turbulence. Particular focus is placed on a systematic analysis of internal and external factors hindering the effective development of human resource potential within this sector. The author identifies critical challenges, specifically the acute shortage of qualified engineering personnel, the necessity of digitalizing HR processes, and the adaptation of corporate culture to rapid technological shifts. The findings provide a foundation for developing strategic recommendations to improve management systems and enhance the competitiveness of the electrical engineering business.
