Abstract

The analysis of the totality of the scientific principles of the formation of a strategic management system. Structured some general and specific principles of the strategic management system. General principles for the strategic management of balanced development (system, adaptability, optimality, scientific, interrelationship and interdependence, information security) are formed as the basic requirements for building a system based on a systematic approach to strategic management, management theories take into account the provisions of balanced development. Specific principles of strategic management of balanced development (flexibility, efficiency, complexity, rationality, openness to innovative transformations, efficiency, control) enhance the effect of general and are intended to control the various socio-economic phenomena and processes in accordance with the requirements of the successful development of the enterprise. The use of industrial principles of balanced development of strategic management will lead to the operation of all components of the system in the long term to enter the new quality management and development.
