Kul’baka V. Ukraine infrastructure economic restructuring in the condition of financial, social and political crisis

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of international loans to Ukraine, first of all, the IMF and World Bank loans. The economic analysis of the reasons which force international financial organizations to cooperate with the countries that have the lowest credit rating, including Ukraine, has been conducted in this article. The article considers the main macroeconomic errors of country leaders during the war and search of effective ways of revival of production and improvements in employment of population. To exit from the economic crisis has: to stop the process of obtaining loans IMF and World Bank until the full implementation of its external debt obligations; develop a mechanism to attract the domestic currency resources; develop a program to stimulate the national production of goods and services, drastically reduce government spending on the system of governance; at the state level, create a program for the protection of foreign investments and property rights, including intellectual property from illegal encroachments themselves as public authorities.
