Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The volume of the article is up to 12 A4 pages including the list of references. - A-4 format, top, bottom, right, left margins - 2 cm, font Times New Roman 14, line spacing 1.5;

    On the left side of the page, information about the author in Ukrainian and English is provided:
    -author's ORCID ID (optional for applicants);
    surname, name and patronymic of the author (in bold) in Ukrainian (in full); position with the name of the department where the author works, academic title, academic degree, name of the institution where the author works or studies, city, country, e-mail, phone number (will not be published in the collection);
    - first and last name of the author (bold) in English; position with the name of the department where the author works, academic title, academic degree, name of the institution where the author works or studies, city, country; -
    TITLE OF ARTICLEI (capital letters, bold) aligned in the centre in the language of the article;
    - abstract in Ukrainian - full name in Ukrainian, title of the article, (abstract size 180 - 200 words) the object of research, the problem that was solved, the essence of the results, the scientific significance of the work should be given);
    - keywords in Ukrainian, separated by ( ; )
    – the abstract in English is similar to the abstract in Ukrainian.
    - keywords in English, separated by ( ; )
    The content of the article should include the following sections (highlighted in bold):
    - Statement of the problem and its links to scientific or practical tasks;
    - Analysis of the latest research and publications on which the author relies, with references to the sources;
    - Identification of unresolved parts of the general problem to which the article is devoted;
    - Formation of the objectives of the article (statement of the task);
    - Research results (with justification of the scientific results obtained);
    - Conclusions of the study and prospects for further work in this area.
    - The list of references (without repetitions) is drawn up in accordance with the relevant standards and duplicated in the form of References at the end of the text by numbering the references in the text.
    Important! The Organising Committee reserves the right to edit or reject articles that are executed and formatted in violation of the requirements established by the Editorial Board. After the editorial board receives the relevant materials and their initial review, you will receive a confirmation of inclusion of the abstract in the collection by e-mail.
    The editors check all articles for academic integrity.
    The process of reviewing articles is a critical part of academic and scientific activity. The main stages of this process:
    Submission of the article: Authors submit their work to a scientific journal.
    Checking for compliance with the journal's requirements: The editorial board checks whether the article meets the formal requirements (format, length, structure).
    At this stage, an article may be rejected without review if it does not meet the journal's requirements. Initial evaluation by the editor: The deputy editor-in-chief or the editorial board assesses the overall quality and relevance of the article.
    If the article is suitable in terms of topic and level, it is sent for review. Selection of reviewers: The Deputy Editor-in-Chief selects independent experts in the relevant field to review the article. Typically, 1 to 2 reviewers are selected.
    Reviewing: Reviewers evaluate the article according to several criteria: novelty, significance, methodology, results, conclusions, and relevance to the literature. They write detailed reports and recommend one of the following options: accept, accept with minor changes, revise after significant changes, or reject.
    Reviews and editorial decisions: The editor analyses the reviews and makes decisions. The decisions may be as follows: Accept without change. Accept with minor changes. Ask the author to make significant changes and resubmit the article (reviewers can check the article again after the changes).
    Reject. Notification of authors: Authors receive the editorial decision along with the comments of the reviewers. If changes are required, the authors should make them and submit a revised version.
    Reviewing the revised version (if necessary): If significant changes have been requested, the revised article may be sent back to the reviewers for re-evaluation.
    Acceptance and publication: If an article is accepted, it is edited, layout and prepared for publication. Authors may receive a proofreading session to check before final publication.
    Post-publication review (sometimes): In some cases, after the publication of an article, other scientists may comment and criticise it, which may lead to discussions or additional research.
    This process ensures a high level of quality of scientific publications and maintains standards of scientific ethics and reliability. The review period is 10-15 working days. Reviewers are informed that the manuscripts they receive are the intellectual property of the author.

The names and e-mail addresses indicated by the users of the site of this magazine will be used solely for the fulfillment of the internal technical tasks of this journal; they will not be distributed and transferred to third parties.

By submitting an article to the journal, the author of the article confirms that the telephone numbers and e-mail indicated in the article can be used as contact information of the author and do not carry confidential information. These data can be used by interested persons to communicate directly with the author of the article in the event of a conflict of interest.
