Анотація

В роботі розглянуті особливості функціонування ринку інформаційних благ. Показано, що існування можливості нелегального поширення інформації є частковим випадком „трагедії общин”. Іншими словами, така ситуація є рівновагою Неша, яка не узгоджується з Парето - ефективним станом.
