Open Access Policy and Terms of Use of Copyrighted Works
OPEN ACCESS POLICY
The scholarly journal "National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts Herald" adheres to an Open Access policy. All articles are made available permanently to all users (and their institutions) immediately upon publication of an issue. Full-text, real-time access to the journal’s scholarly articles is provided on the journal’s official website in the Archive section. An electronic copy of the publication is stored in the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine and on the website of the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management, Electronic National Academy of Ukraine on Culture And Arts Management Staff Institutional Repository.
The journal provides open access to its content under a non-exclusive Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, under which all published works are licensed with mandatory attribution to the author.
TERMS OF USE OF COPYRIGHTED WORKS
Authors retain all copyright while simultaneously granting the journal the right of first publication under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under the terms of this license, others are free to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, adapt, and publicly display the article in any format, including for commercial purposes, provided that the author is properly credited and a reference to the source of publication is included.
If any changes are made to the material, the user must indicate this.
Use of the article under this license does not restrict the author’s right to further disseminate their own work and promotes open access to scientific results.
The journal’s licensing policy is compatible with most international open access and scholarly archiving policies. The editorial board supports the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) as well as UNESCO recommendations on open access, and actively implements these principles in its publishing activities.
