Purpose of Article.. The purpose of the article is to analyse international cooperation of Ukrainian Librarian association in the context of intercultural communication. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study is general theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis), which allow to investigate the features of international cooperation of the Ukrainian Librarian Association in the context of intercultural communication. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty lies in the analysis of the Ukrainian Librarian Association, its key trends, innovative form factors as intercultural communication. The author made an attempt to define the importance of further development of international cooperation of the Ukrainian Librarian Association and its establishment of cultural relations of Ukraine with the world community. Conclusions. An important component of international relations of any state is international cooperation in librarian and information sector. The Ukrainian Library Association plays a significant role in the improvement of cross-cultural communication in the field of library activity. It contributes to the further development of international cooperation. It is also one of the partners in the implementation of projects and programs that improves library and information services and can increase the value of the librarians in our country.
