КУЛЬТУРА І КОМУНІКАЦІЯ: ЯК КУЛЬТУРА ВПЛИВАЄ НА СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ

Метою статті є дослідження ролі культури в процесі передачі та сприйняття інформації. Методологія дослідження. Для проведення дослідження використані культурно-історичний, системний, дескриптивний та інтегративний підходи. Наукова новизна. Реалізація комунікативної компетентності є культурно обумовленою. У процесі обміну повідомленнями постійно відбувається відтворення смислів, так як вони не є тотожними навіть у представників однієї культури. За наявності різних культур і різних мов комунікація ускладнюється. Під час передачі інформації її смисл частково перекручується, а частково губиться, оскільки повідомлення зустрічає на своєму шляху бар’єри, фільтри, сформовані культурою, які унеможливлюють отримання адресатом смислу повідомлення. Висновки. Міжособистісна та міжгрупова комунікація здійснюється в умовах значних культурних розходжень її учасників. Ці культурні відмінності істотно впливають на процес створення

і транслювання повідомлень, їхню інтерпретацію та сприйняття і зрештою на успіх комунікації. Маючи справу з ментальним фільтрами представників різних культур, необхідно враховувати значні культурні розходження, рівень комунікативної компетентності учасників процесу, нюанси передачі інформації, неявне знання, а також принципи комунікативної взаємодії.
