CULTURE OF RECORDS MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION CULTURE OF ORGANIZATION

Purpose of the article. Determine the nature of the culture of the records management as a component of the information culture of the organization, to reveal and analyze its main elements, outline directions for its improvement in the aspect of forming the corporate culture of the organization. The methodology of the research is to apply the information method and the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete. The scientific novelty of the work is to expand the perceptions about the culture of records management as
a component of the information culture of the individual on the one hand and the information culture of the organization on the other. The information culture of the organization, in its turn, is presented as a component of its corporate culture and as a component of the information culture of the society in general. Conclusions.
A culture of the records management as a product of joint activities and the main object of cultural creativity of the personnel of an organization can be presented as a complex, multi-dimensional structure that includes the ability to perform knowledge of normative acts in relation to records management in Ukraine, skill to attach information to informative system and manage her, possibility to work with documents in informative system,
ability to carry out the informative monitoring, possibility to keep information and quickly to find her in the electronic archived subdivision. The combination of the main elements of the culture of records management of information is based on the principles of complexity, differential approach and continuity principle and gives a new vision and understanding of the need for collective work on the creation of information documents. The
culture of the records management of information is complemented by the skills of possessing scientificallymethodical principles of private from an unauthorized division to her.
