The purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive study of project activities as a tool for the preservation and promotion of Ukraine’s cultural heritage under martial law, as well as to identify their main areas (restoration, digital, and educational), implementation mechanisms, and socio-cultural significance within the context of contemporary transformational processes. The methodological framework of the research is based on systemic, interdisciplinary, and socio-communication approaches, which made it possible to consider project activities as a comprehensive mechanism for integrating tangible and intangible cultural heritage. The study employs methods of analysis and synthesis of scholarly sources, generalisation of practical experience in implementing restoration, digital, and educational initiatives, as well as elements of structural and functional analysis to determine the managerial features of cultural projects. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive conceptualisation of project activities as a systemic instrument for preserving Ukraine’s cultural heritage during wartime through the integration of restoration, digital, and educational practices. The interrelation between the physical preservation of cultural objects, their digital representation, and the formation of societal cultural resilience is substantiated. Conclusions. It has been proven that project activities ensure the prompt mobilisation of resources, inter-institutional coordination, and the implementation of innovative technologies for safeguarding cultural assets. Restoration initiatives are aimed at the physical protection of heritage objects, digital projects guarantee their accessibility and long-term preservation, while educational practices foster cultural awareness and social responsibility within communities. The integrated combination of these areas contributes to the development of a sustainable socio-cultural infrastructure and to the integration of Ukrainian heritage into the national and global cultural space.
