The purpose of the study is to analyze the digital library as an information system that ensures the organization, storage, and access to electronic library resources. The research methodology is based on the application of systemic, structural-functional, and analytical approaches, which made it possible to characterize the structure of a digital library and to determine the role of databases and access services in the processes of presenting and using electronic documents. The scientific novelty of the study lies in refining approaches to considering the digital library as an integrated information system in which databases and access services function as key components for organizing and providing library information. The conclusions demonstrate that the effective functioning of a digital library depends on the coherence of its structural components and the use of modern information technologies in library practice..
