The purpose of the article is to present some modern digital trends and show their impact on the socio-cultural sphere of Ukraine. The research methodology is based on the application of general scientific and special methods of cognition, in particular the socio-cultural approach, analysis, synthesis, generalization, logical and statistical methods. Comparative and analytical monitoring of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) – Global Innovation Index (GII) and Good Country Index – was also used. The scientific novelty of the article lies in expanding the ideas about the current state of digital technologies and generalising the experience of their integration into the socio-cultural sphere of Ukraine. Conclusions. Modern digital trends have a significant impact on the socio-cultural sphere, creating new forms of interaction between artists, institutions and consumers of cultural products and services. The accessibility of cultural resources is increasing, the level of cultural and artistic education is increasing, and participation in socio-cultural life is becoming more active. The use of digital platforms for holding online events makes Ukraine’s cultural heritage more accessible, which creates new opportunities for interaction and collaboration in the online environment. The use of streaming platforms for viewing cultural events, as well as interaction with other event participants through chats and social networks, promotes interpersonal communication and changes the way a cultural event is perceived and discussed. The use of analytics and artificial intelligence for analysing statistics and strategies in real time provides more opportunities for improving a cultural and artistic event and strategic planning. The use of digital systems for organising and managing cultural and artistic events, tickets, participant registration and interaction with artists contribute to a more efficient use of resources, increase the accessibility and attractiveness of the event, and also affect the way all event participants interact. The use of digital technologies in creating electronic libraries, archives, museums and presenting their content on the Internet actualises the need for copyright protection in the online environment.
