Abstract

In the article are presented the results of scientific-pedagogical analysis as to the existing views on the structure of professional competence of doctors and pharmacists; defined the structure of competence of the first pre-medical aid in pharmacists-interns, its components (motivational-axiological, cognitive, professional-activity, socio-personal); formulated the criteria of assessment of formation of each component defined in the competence structure; noted that formation of competence of the first pre-medical aid is successful if educational process is clearly structured, the new material connected with already existing knowledge is included into the existing cognitive structure, is grounded on knowledge of basic disciplines and theoretical preparation gained during the study in the higher medical educational institution and on understanding by the future pharmacists of the topicality of problem, importance of timely recognition of the threat to life, fast examination, the necessity of fast recognition of the blood circulation stop, importance of the high-quality basic reanimation arrangements using AED (automatic external defibrillator) and the special features of medical aid in the specific situations (trauma, anaphylaxis, acute intoxication, acute coronary syndrome)
