Formation of competences on pedagogy and psychology of the higher school in the future masters with qualification “Ecologist-researcher, teacher of HEI”

The value of competences on pedagogy and psychology of higher school of the masters of qualification “Ecologist-researcher, teacher of HEI” for the further professional activity on teaching of ecological disciplines was elucidated in the article. There was given the list of competences of students taking into account the specificity of these disciplines, especially as to organization of scientific-pedagogical activity according to the normative base of higher education of Ukraine and documents of HEI; preparation of the learning-methodical support of ecological disciplines; conducting of learning activities and their critical analysis; necessity of permanent rise of the level of pedagogical skill. There were determined the stages of formation of competences on pedagogy and psychology of the higher school, especially – motivational, cognitive, activity and evaluative-reflexive ones. There was elucidated the content of psychological-pedagogical knowledge and practical skills, necessary for the further teaching activity of the future masters. There were offered the methods and means of the study, priority for the formation of students’ competences. There was presented the correspondence between the subject of lecture and practical activities on the discipline “Pedagogy and psychology of the higher school” and competences of the future masters that must be formed at each activity. There were determined the organizational arrangements on competences formation in the process of practical activities
