The aim of the «Technology audit and production reserves» journal is to publish research papers dealing with the search for opportunities to reduce costs and improve the competitiveness of products in industry. The peculiarity is that each problem is considered from two sides - the economist’s and the engineer’s, for example, in the context of forming the «price – quality» criterion, in which the first component concerns research in the field of business economics, and the second - engineering. The research result at the intersection of these disciplines can be used in the actual production to identify reserves, providing the opportunity to reduce costs and improve product competitiveness.

Letter from the TECHNOLOGY CENTER regarding the mass use of artificial intelligence in articles

2025-11-12

Dear colleagues!

This letter concerns the problem of mass use of artificial intelligence (AI) by authors.
You can also watch a video of the letter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QiKR9-aZlxA

Recently, the world's leading indexing resources have begun mass checks of journals for the use of AI in published articles. Due to the discovery of mass use of AI to create scientific publications by authors, journals in which inappropriate use of AI in articles is detected are removed from the resources, including complete deindexation of published articles.

As a result: the author loses all his/her articles in such publications, index, and declared publications in reports, dissertations, grants, confirmation of compliance with the License Terms are canceled.

Currently, hundreds of published articles around the world have already been withdrawn by publishers, and this is just the beginning.

Leading publishers in the world withdraw publications if the use of AI by authors exceeds acceptable norms. The justification for such actions is obvious – improper use of AI actually nullifies the quality of scientific publications and is a fact of falsification and manipulation of data by the authors.

What can be the consequences for the author for improper use of AI: withdrawal of published articles (while the articles remain accessible with an appropriate note of withdrawal) and penalties in accordance with the terms of the agreements concluded with the publishers.

Therefore, please carefully read the Editorial Policy regarding the proper use of AI and strictly adhere to it when preparing the manuscript of the article and before submission.

Our goal is to present to the world you as a scientist and your personal best scientific developments, not artificially generated content.

With respect and care for you,
TECHNOLOGY CENTER PC®
