Use of information and communication technologies for organizing mathematics knowledge assessment in distance learning

The article is focused on substantiating the role of modern information and communication technologies in ensuring high-quality assessment of students’ mathematics knowledge in a distance learning environment. The features of using online testing as one of the leading tools for monitoring academic achievements are examined, as well as the effectiveness of platforms that support adaptive test tasks, automatic grading, and result analytics. Potential challenges related to technical limitations, digital competence of all participants in the educational process, and academic integrity are also analyzed.
