Kozlova V. Ecological constituent of innovative processes on the industrial enterprises of Ukraine.

Abstract

The nature protection mechanism of functioning of national economy was investigational. It is well-proven that development of such mechanism must embrace three associate stages of recreation of natural resources: renewal, exploitation and processing. All these elements must form the system of ecological management on an enterprise. But the existent system of information about nature protection activity sharply falls behind from a requirement in her. An ecological account is the important system, that must be used for an exposure, organization, adjusting and presentation of data and state information environment in the natural and cost indexes  of ecological account must give the objective picture of the state and dynamics of natural inheritance, cooperation’s between an economy,  surrounding an environment and charges on prophylactic measures, guard of environment and damage to the ecological person. The distinguishing feature of ecological account must be his veritable regulated at that advantage gives oneself up to the внутрифирменным necessities. Basic activity in area of ecological account must be concentrated within the framework of perfection of the distribution of charges system on the guard of natural environment, including perfection of the system of account.Difficulty of introduction of ecological account on enterprises consists in absence of methodical developments on this issue, in complication of determination of row of indexes that take into account the state and dynamics of change of components of environment.
