Abstract

In the article the features of the innovation process and phase transformation described in the product innovation process. An different approaches to the definition of "technology transfer". These and uncovered basic forms of technology transfer, namely patent agreements, license agreements, "know-how", engineering, franchising. Presented classification technology transfer in industrial plants in the following ways: in form; by appointment; by means of technology transfer; for area distribution; the type of technology transfer; technological advances in content transmitted now. Dynamivku analyzes innovation in industrial enterprises of Ukraine for the period 20002014 gg. And these tend to reduce innovative activity of domestic enterprises. The main problem for companies in the field of technology transfer. Characterized provayding innovation and system innovation are providing of the scheme. The basic domestic intermediaries in technology transfer. Listed osnovnyi activities of technology transfer centers, such as: market research technologies; measures aimed at the transfer of innovative technologies from the field of developing it in practical use within the scientific and industrial cooperation and investment cooperation, the implementation process of audit companies and providing consulting services and more. The model of networks and UTTN NTTN. Highlight the problems that hinder the development of both national and international technology transfer in Ukraine.
