Kapranova L. The current state of business in Ukraine.

Abstract

In the article were considered the problems of the current state of business in Ukraine.It was noted that the development of small and medium-sized business is one of the most important features of modern market economies and the main prerequisite for the development of the national economy of any country in the world regardless of the level of its development.Entrepreneurial activity is an indicator of the national economy, it is a kind of “litmus test”. The signs and principles of entrepreneurship were presented here.The analysis of the current state of business activity in Ukraine was presented here.The main problems and obstacles that exist in the way of business development were presented, too.The main reasons were identified that hinder the development of small and small business in Ukraine, which include: the imperfection of the legislation on the development of small and small businesses, as well as business in general; the high taxes make some small entities and small businesses to go into the shadow economy; the insufficient state financial and credit support to small and small enterprises;the absence of an effective mechanism for the implementation of public policies to support small and small businesses; the inadequate accounting systems and statistical reporting of small and small enterprises; the limitations of information and consulting security; the inadequate training, retraining and advanced training for entrepreneurship;the lack of incentives for investment.It is concluded that among a number of different factors of economic growth in Ukraine the most significant is the skillful implementation of the entrepreneurial capacity of its citizens, the effective use of the economic mechanism of human independent economic initiatives, the recognition of entrepreneurship indispensable force of economic dynamics, competitiveness and social prosperity.
