Abstract

The article is dedicated to the question of globalization, which is the inevitable regularity of nowadays and the formation of the foreign affairs activity of Ukrainian industry in the conditions of globalization is considered. All positive and negative features of the globalization`s influence on the country`s and enterprise`s economy are resumed. It is specified, that for the future economic machine-building development and Ukrainian output competitiveness at the local and foreign markets, new approaches in the national economical politics, searching of new influence mechanisms and change of economics functions are required. In the conditions of the global crisis, the interest to the clusters, as the mobile, all-sufficient economical modules, which can quickly and effectively react to the changes in the external surrounding. During the research, the urgency of the further approach development for the social and economic cluster functional effectiveness in the region, the role of the cluster in the region competitiveness rise, in the process of the effective cluster formation mechanisms and in the solution of the other problems is defined. For the successful development of the Ukrainian industry, the national project should be the constant highly-technological goods export increasing instead of raw materials and semi-finished products.  The country should be directed to the intensive way of the development, the way of the technology and innovation development. The main mechanism of the economic rise of the country should be the exact, full-balanced program of the innovation clusters` formation and development, as a new effective chain enterprise form and industry management. It will contribute to the realization of the main competitive advantages of the Ukrainian industry.
