Abstract

Development of the stakeholder theory within the framework of the concept of corporate social responsibility presupposes the need for carrying out systematic activities to interact with stakeholder groups, which contributes to the growth of long-term competitive advantages and sustainable business development. The article proposes a conceptual model of effective management of stakeholders relations, based on aspects of instrumental, resource, relational and collaborative approaches to the concept of corporate social responsibility. The developed model is a strategic system of goals, tasks of building mutually beneficial relations with stakeholder groups and it reflects a set of conditions, principles, mechanism and tools for its implementation. The main goal of effective stakeholder management is set as ensuring sustainable business development, which is mediated by the tasks of promoting the integration of stakeholder interests in the corporate governance system, forming and implementing the relational potential, achieving a certain level of corporate social responsibility, and creating long-term competitive advantages. In the development of a relational approach to stakeholder management, the article proposes a new economic category - "relational potential", as the enterprise's ability to benefit from the effective use of relational assets, based on the system of relationships between the enterprise and stakeholder groups, which contributes to the growth of its competitive advantages. Introduction of the elaborated conceptual approach to effective stakeholder management will allow to formulate and implement the corporate social responsibility development strategy in accordance with the interests of key stakeholder groups and ensure effective achievement of the strategic goals.
